Hey, I'm Joel. I have been a small engine technician since I was 17 and have been repairing motorized equipment for most of my life. My father was a small engine mechanic for over 40 years, and I learned most of what I know from him. 

I have worked for a variety of companies, from small family owned businesses to large corporations. I have gained invaluable experience from all of these companies,  but have never been satisfied with the level of services offered to clients. 

With some inspiration from my father, friends, and clients I decided that the best way to make the necessary changes was to start my own business. While working for others, I have seen success against all odds and failure where it seemed impossible. My goal is to provide the best service experience possible. 

We are not your average service provider and we take pride in that.  Our customers are thrilled with the way The Guys Repair Services operates and we strive to continue improving. 

After years of providing service to Calgary and surrounding areas, our business model had proven to be so successful that we were unable to keep up with demand. 

Although we had plenty of people saying that this was a good problem to have, issues with travel time, booking out of city calls, parts ordering and other issues, means tractors, snowblowers and most other equipment is not practical for our mobile service.

After a lot of consideration, we have decided to focus our efforts on gas powered lawnmowers. Specializing in this way will help us provide a better quality service. 

We realize that this means we will be losing a lot of business but it is much more important for us to provide quality service to all of our customers than to get as many customers as possible.
